For stylists, we have realized that it is far too difficult to get into a salon when you are just starting out or working part-time. Cosmetology runs in our family, our founder Christine has been in the business for over 25 years. She has 3 nieces that have followed her same path and has been able to see how difficult it is for them to grow their businesses. This is her solution to making it easier and more affordable for a hair stylist to do what they love instead of following the industry standards of being a commission stylist or doing a 60/40 split with a salon.
